Reflection...

Again I find myself wondering, why did it take four years to recognize and do something, how many hundreds of thousands of lives could have been saved? I do not doubt that again the world knew or at least had some idea of what was going on, but presided to ignore and remain ignorant. Another question is why did only the Vietnamese step into help, obviously if the US or any other world power, had put a slight effort to stop Pol’s attempts, it would not have taken 17 years to bring him down. Ahh my frustration boils over!
